Col. Clarence E. "Bud" Anderson, USAF (Ret.), shown here during World War II, was the speaker at the 2013 Charles A. Lindbergh Memorial Lecture.
Through its public programs, the Museum introduces visitors to exciting, inspiring, and educational aspects of aviation and space exploration. Lecture topics in 2013 included the quest for water on Mars, America's secret MiG squadron, the only artwork on another world, and space exploration from Mercury to the space shuttle.
