'Billy' Mitchell; exterior shell brown cotton duck cloth; 4 buttons down front; front wind flap with 7 buttons; wrap around adjustable neck collar with 5 snaps; sateen lined; separate belt with 4 loops; snaps on each cuff; 1 draw strap at each ankle with snaps; patch pockets on both sides at abdomen.
