Physical Description:
United States Army Air Signal Corps Type M1912/1917 enlisted man's uniform coat; single breasted drab wool with five brass buttons down front; two upper patch pockets and two lower patch pockets with brass buttoned flap; stiff or "choker" collar; brass "U.S." insignia on right collar and Signal Corps crossed flag insignia on left collar; epaulets; gold wire three years overseas service chevron on right cuff; red "discharge" chevron on upper left arm; Staff Sargent rank insignia on left arm; Mexican Boarder Service and World War I Victory Medal ribbons over left pocket.
