Sterling silver medal. Leather and felt storage box with a metal citation plate.

This Gemini IV commemorative medal was designed by Evangelos Frudakis and struck by the National Commemorative Society. Gemini IV was the second of Gemini's human spaceflights and flew in space from June 3-7, 1965. James A. McDivitt and Edward H. White II were the astronauts. During the flight, White became the first American to perform an extra-vehicular activity (space walk).
