Test Propeller, Langley
Transferred from the Smithsonian Institution to the United States National Museum.
Propeller of the style used on Langley experimental flying model aircraft, 1896 to 1903. Construction is metal frame covered with fabric. This one probably used for aerodynamic testing only.
