Physical Description:
Airfoil section used on Langley whirling arm. Parabolic curve with high point 1 1/2 inches (3.8 cm) back of leading edge and maximum depth of curvature 3/4 inches (1.9 cm). Dowel of 5/8 inches (1.6 cm) screwed to bottom of surface as mounting component of some kind and a preservative coating.
