Identification Card, William Ecker
This is an example of a Geneva Conventions military identification card carried by members of the United States military. This particular card belonged to Cdr. William Ecker and was carried by him on October 23, 1962 while conducting the first low level reconnaissance mission over Cuba during the Missile Crisis.
