The three pages of music are printed on both sides of a loose sheet and on the right interior page. The left interior page and the back cover include excerpts of other music available from the publisher. The front cover is illustrated with a picture of Lindbergh dressed in a suit in the top left corner and a picture of the Spirit of St. Louis below the title. In the lower half of the front cover is a sketching of the New York City skyline and the Eiffel Tower.
