School Group Program Reservations

Free Programs

The National Air and Space Museum Tours and Reservations Office handles reservations for all free school programs at the Museum's two locations. Please note that there are separate registration forms for the National Mall building and the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center. Please submit reservation requests at least 3 weeks prior to your visit date.

Paid Programs

Teachers also may register for paid programs (films, planetarium shows, group meals) for either of the Museum's locations by calling (1-866-868-7774) or visiting the Smithsonian Group Sales website. Registration forms are not required for paid programs.
