Join Congressman Sam Johnson, a decorated war hero and distinguished statesman, as he defines true patriotism, shares stories from his 29-year Air Force career, and discusses the importance of aviation in modern defense.  During his 29-year career in the U.S. Air Force, Johnson served as the director of the Air Force Fighter Weapons School, flew combat missions in both the Korean and Vietnam Wars, and flew with the first supersonic air precision team, the USAF Thunderbirds.  Johnson endured nearly seven years as a Prisoner of War in the infamous Hanoi Hilton, including 42 months in solitary confinement.
