Tour volcanoes on a global scale and learn how their gaseous contents propel their explosions and impact our climate. Hear the latest about microanalytical- satellite-, and cyberinformatics-assisted volcanic gas research as we explore the latest discoveries about how the deep Earth is recycling the air we breathe.

Smithsonian's Stars lectures are suitable for ages 13 and up.
