Meet NASA astronaut and International Space Station (ISS) commander Kevin Ford at this educational program. Commander Ford was the pilot on one shuttle mission (STS-128), one Soyuz mission (Soyuz TMA-06M), and two ISS expeditions (33-34). On his second expedition he assumed the role of commander.  He has had a total of 157 days in space and his return to Earth is very recent.

Commander Ford will give a brief presentation on his missions in space, then take questions from the audience. He will discuss his time as commander, his work in space robotics, and the mission of the ISS. The presentation will take place in the Moving Beyond Earth gallery, which examines the future of human space flight.
