Space Shuttle Discovery flies over the US Capitol in Washington, DC on April 17 on its way to Washington-Dulles International Airport.  The shuttle will go on permanent display at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum's Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center after a Welcome Discovery Ceremony on April 19.
