Landsat: Four Decades of Earth Observation
Since the launch of its first satellite in 1972, the Landsat series has provided the longest record of land surface remote sensing from space. This kiosk exhibit commemorates Landsat's 40 years of monitoring and observing the dynamic processes at work on the Earth's surface. This display is made possible by a collaboration with the U.S. Geological Survey.
This exhibition was on display in Gallery 110 from July 23, 2012 through August 20, 2012
