Saturn as Seen from Titan
Ron Miller
Gouache on paper
1978
Ron Miller took his inspiration for this view of Saturn and its moon Titan directly from another famous artist. Chesley Bonestell created a series of similar views, one of which some consider his most famous work. Miller, a great fan and friend of Bonestell, recreated one of those views from a slightly different angle.
