If you would like to submit your aircraft to participate in the aircraft display at Become A Pilot Family Day 2013, please fill out the form below.

Acceptance notices will be sent by May 1. If you have any questions about your application status after May 1, please contact the Fly-In coordinator at NASMFlyin@si.edu. If your application is accepted, you will receive a login for the Pilot Page.

If accepted, I  do do not give permission to the National Air and Space Museum to use a picture of my aircraft and the text description provided above on the National Air and Space Museum Web site and in any other promotional materials related to the Become A Pilot Family Day event (present or future). 

I have read and understand the following: I verify that I am at least 18 years of age and have full authority to submit the above aircraft for this event. If accepted, I will receive paperwork to complete, instructions for providing a photo of my aircraft, and a username and password for the pilot web site.  I am responsible for checking the web site for important updates leading up to the event.

Please Note: Dulles Airport is within the boundary of the Washington DC SFRA and the Dulles Class B.  All aircraft MUST file an SFRA flight plan.  If you are accepted to this event and need to make special arrangements with the FAA to attend this event please make sure you do so well in advance.  (NORDO/flight of two, etc.).
