This series contains 5,303 4 x 5 inch black and white negatives. The majority of the images in this section are of aircraft. Following is a list of some of the other subject groupings and numbers of items in them: Biographical 401, Groups of Aircraft 104, Armaments 190, Coat Guard 161, Ships 180, Parachuting 53, Models 153 and the Panama Canal 59. The condition of this section is over all good with some images showing deterioration and turning to a yellow hue.
