Subseries III.B.18.
Public Appearances

This subseries consists of items relating to articles, interviews, and speeches by Davis. Materials relating to Articles and Interviews are organized alphabetically by subject. Materials relating to speeches and other public appearances are arranged chronologically. Material in this subseries for the 1991-1993 time period includes public appearances which were part of speaking tours for Davis' book. Due to the manner in which Davis' appearances were arranged and the manner in which the materials were organized at the time of transfer, it is impossible to divide his speeches between book-related and non-book-related appearances. Those appearances which could be unambiguously be assigned to book-related speaking tours are filed under Subseries IV.B.3.
