African American Pioneers in Aviation Heritage Family Day
Visitors enjoy a science demonstration at African American Pioneers in Aviation nd Space Heritage Family Day at the Udvar-Hazy Center.

These fun-filled day-long events feature guest speakers, aviation and space pioneers, hands-on activities, stories, presentations, demonstrations, and entertainment that can be enjoyed by the whole family. Below is a complete list of Family Days in 2015.

  • Heritage Family Day Series: This series celebrates the diverse ethnic and cultural communities that have contributed to aviation and space exploration. This series was made possible through the generous support of Northrop Grumman Corporation.
