Front cover of a Pan American World Airways ticket folder issued in Paris, France, 10 August 1955. Depicts a Boeing Model 377 Stratocruiser in flight past the PAA winged globe logo beneath the letters PAA. Back of folder [NASM 2A32890-A] is made out to GAYNOR; inside of folder [NASM 2A32890-B] includes information for the traveller and has annotated overstamp with specific Paris check-in times, either at the Gare des Invalides or at Le Bourget airport. Tucked inside folder is a handwritten receipt for 620 francs [NASM 2A32890-C], with a PAA date stamp, made from part of a calendar page for Wednesday, May 18, 1955.
