This breath sample belt was created for NASA's human spaceflight program. It is made up of two bags attached to a circular nylon strap with plastic fasteners. One bag has a label that reads "Empty" and the other has a label that reads, "Filled."

NASA transferred this breath sample belt to the Museum in 2017.
