This Certificate of Authenticity signed by Colonel Eileen M. Collins, STS-93 Commander, attests that her crew shirt was flown on Space Shuttle Columbia on the July 1999 mission to deploy the Chandra X-Ray Observatory. The certificate includes factual data for exact launch and landing times, altitude, speed, duration, and distance, as well as images of the Shuttle launch, Chandra deployment, and mission logo. The Museum received the certificate and shirt in late 1999.
