Distant one-quarter right front view of Silas Christofferson in low-level flight in his Christofferson 1911 Monoplane at the Vancouver Barracks polo field (later Pearson Airfield), Vancouver, Washington, 1911. This is believed to be the first and only flight of this Bleriot XI type monoplane built by brothers Silas and Harry Christofferson.
