One-half left front view from below of Silas Christofferson piloting his modified Curtiss Model D Headless pusher biplane in flight over the roof of the grandstand (lower left foreground) at the 1912 Malheur Country Fair, Ontario, Oregon. Note addition of fabric panels mounted to the upper half of the interplane struts of the center bay.
