Aircraft is shown with a patient loaded in the rear fuselage compartment, rear hatch cover open. Top: Three-quarter right rear view, close in to tail, looking forward; buildings in background. Bottom: One-half left rear view, close up, of rear fuselage. Note red cross and caduseus insignia on side of fuselage.
