Colored etching of a balloon being blown over at a launch. An attempted flight by J.P. Blanchard from Vienna on March 9, 1791. The crowd on the left side of the image is watching as the balloon is falling and the crowd on the right side of the image is running out of the way of the balloon. Title and descriptive quatrain are below the image in German.
