Colored etching of twenty small caricatures of various uses for hoop skirts, each with a caption in French. Scene #6 shows a hoop skirt being used as a parachute, and #15 has a balloon in the sky in the background.
Printed in France, 'Fabrique d'Estampes de Gaugel à Metz.'
