Top of the engraving shows a scene of a balloon made from Madam Blubber's skirt with two men in the gondola. They are aloft above a city with figures watching below. Each person has a speech bubble, including Madam Blubber. Below the scene are the lyrics to the political song, and a caption for the caricature. 'Pub. April 29th 1784 by H. Humphreys Bond Street.'
