Close-up right side view of aft section of Messerschmitt P.1101 single-seat jet fighter prototype in a hangar at the Messerschmitt complex at Oberammergau, Germany, circa mid 1945, well after capture by American forces. Tail is raised up on a dolly. Engine seen in place in the aircraft is a mockup of the Heinkel-Hirth 109-011 (HeS 011) Turbojet planned for the aircraft.
