Collection Item Summary:

This is a model of unknown scale of an experimental Nazi ramjet missile. Ramjets, like the pulse jets that powered the V-1 missiles, are air-breathing propulsion systems. The Nazis experimented with both ramjet-powered missiles and aircraft, but no such vehicles ever saw operational use.

C.L. Zakhartchenko built and donated this model to the Museum in 1970.
