United States Air Force Type K-2B flying suit; one piece sage green with zipper down front; 2 upper zipper pockets; 1 pencil pocket with zipper on left sleeve; left breast -- leather name tag, stenciled Pilot's wings with silver letter text "BEN H. ALLEN, CAPTAIN, USAF; right breast -- red, blue and yellow embroidered Tactical Air Command winged sword insignia; left arm -- blue embroidered 23rd Tactical Fighter Wing shield insignia with winged tiger depicted; right arm -- blue cotton diamond insignia with white embroidered F-105 depicted with white letter text "REPUBLIC F-105 Thunderchief"; silver Captain's rank insignia on each shoulder.
