Front cover of Register 5 (1940-1949). Compiled by Mary E. "Mother" Tusch, between 1917 and 1949, a set of six registers was kept to document visitors to her home, known as "The Hangar, Shrine of the Air" in Berkeley, California. Book contains manuscript annotations (dates, messages, autographs) from a variety of pilots and other figures of aviation history.
