- Uncolored etching of Lunardi's balloon ascending from the Artillery Ground on September 15, 1784. This was the first balloon flight in England, although James Tytler, who ascended from Edinburgh on August 25, 1784 was the first to fly in Great Britain. Scene shows balloon ascending above a crowd on the grounds. One of the oars has broken free, and is falling to the ground.
