Join the National Assessment Governing Board and the National Center for Education Statistics as they discuss The Nation’s Report Card: 2015 Science, which measures students’ knowledge of physical science, life science, and Earth and space sciences. During the event, a panel of education and science experts will discuss what the national and state-level data reveal about student achievement in the sciences, the value of knowing and understanding how to apply scientific principles in everyday life, and the impact of science education and activities, both inside the classroom and out, on learning and academic preparedness.
