Dr. Russell will discuss several images chosen by gallery artist Michael Benson to represent the beauty and diversity of objects and landscapes in our solar system. He will address the original motivation for creating the images and the science associated with them.

The Ask An Expert lecture series at the National Mall building is presented every Wednesday at noon. A Museum staff member talks to the public about the history, collection, or personalities related to a specific artifact or exhibition in the Museum.
