Wright Flyer in Milestones of Flight

Wright Flyer in Milestones of Flight
The world's first successful airplane, the Wright Flyer flew four times in December 17, 1903. Shortly after its last flight, a gust of wind overturned and wrecked the fragile machine. It never flew again. The airplane was restored in 1927 and again in 1984-85. The fabric was replaced both times, but most of the rest of the airplane is original.
