Howard Olan Beach, my Dad, worked as a mechanic in aviation for 35 years, first in the USAF and then at Delta Airlines (1962-1992) in Atlanta, GA as a Lead Mechanic. You can witness the quality of work he produced every day right at the Museum of Aviation as he is one of the 250 mechanics at Delta Airlines that helped restore the Huff DeLand Duster. It makes all our family proud to know that he helped preserve a piece of the past for many people to enjoy.
