We'll read a book that beautifully illustrates the magic of a dark night sky and teaches about light pollution, There Once Was a Sky Full of Stars by Bob Crelin and Amie Ziner.
Learn why we need to redirect upward-facing lights downward to reveal the stars again and protect nocturnal wildlife. After the story, create your favorite star.
Note: There is no story time on Thursday, January 1.
