Scope and Contents

This item is a leaflet, entitled '"Etudiez les Parachutistes Allies," which was dropped by the Allies in France on June 4, 1944. It was found by the donor in the forest of St. Germain-en-Leye on June 5, 1944. The booklet, which is eight pages long and measures approximately 4 by 5 inches, consists of instructions, in French, of what to do in case of an Allied landing, with corresponding pictures of United States and British equipment, military uniforms, and ranks.
