Scope and Contents
This collection consists of aviation-related photographs taken by James Edwin "Ed" Gable. There are nine black and white prints, each measuring 4.5 by 2.75 inches. There are also seven black and white negatives that correspond with the prints. Aircraft shown in the photographs include the Lockheed XR6O-1 (XR6V-1) Constitution, Goodyear "Ranger" NC-1A blimp, and the Grumman TBF Avenger.
