Biographical / Historical

The Rohrbach Ro III was a long range sea reconnaissance flying boat produced in the 1920s. It was built in Denmark by the Rohrbach Metal Aeroplan Co. A/S, and exported to the militaries of Japan and Turkey. The Ro III, with its ship-like fuselage, was fitted with masts and sails for emergencies on the water.

This collection consists of a photo album relating to the Rohrbach Ro III Rotri Flying Boat, images compliments of the Rohrbach Metal Aeroplan Co. A/S, Copenhagen, Denmark.
