Irregular-shape, steel platform mounted on two large truck wheels; pyramidal projection in center, with sloping walls on all four sides, leading up to the point, for deflecting exhaust gases of the missile when it fires; grated railings, one on each side, for accommodating handling and maintenance crews; four thick, moveable steel swivel beams, one mounted on each corner and meeting in middle on top; split level mounted on one side in triangular corner jutting out from blast deflector. Most all moveable parts, presently welded to make them immoveable; overall, painted yellow, with beams and other components painted olive drab. Overall, badly rusted and in need of major restoration; tires, corroded.
