Varied shapes, in small plastic bags or boxes. Less than an inch in any dimension, metallic and most have some sort of elecrtrical connector; the collection includes: J-FET module, five IR detector wafers, two VIS detectors and their substrates, three IR detectors and cavities for bands 1 and 4, two feedback resistors, four detector chips for bands 2, 3 and 4 four filter elements for band 2.
