The top of the wing on the plane has black lettering "New-York Paris 1927 33h 21" Below the image of the collar blue lettering reads "Charles Lindbergh" In the bottom right corner of the lid an image of lion resting inside of a triangle. The box has a smaller label on one of the shorter sides with an image of the American flag and the same image of Lindbergh, oval and collar as on the lid. To the right of this flag is a black and white ball with the number 40 in the white section.
