Uncolored etching of Mr. Sadler and Miss Thompson's ascent from Burlington House on July 29, 1814. Scene shows the balloon on the ground, still being inflated, in the Burlington House courtyard. A large crowd has gathered in the courtyard and on the surrounding buildings to watch. Print is adhered to a larger paper backing.
