Physical Description Watercolor painting of a dirigible with a ship as the gondola aloft over a coastline. Dirigible bears the name "Avenir" and is flying French flags. The craft is based on the electrically powered airship built and flown by Gaston and Albert Tissandier from Auteuil in October 1883.
