Packing equipment for use in space requires organization. This bag was created to store items needed to support the use of the IMAX camera. Each compartment is labeled for the component it stored, and a list inserted into a plastic sleeve on the top includes a list of each item in the IMAX camera setup and its storage location. Though this item is labeled as Class III - Not For Flight (a label assigned after objects are for training or are retired from flight use), there is some indication it might have been used during missions to film "Mission to MIR."

NASA transferred this bag to the Smithsonian with many other pieces of IMAX camera equipment in 2012.
