This biomedical instrumentation panel is a demonstration model for the medical monitoring system sent aboard the Apollo missions to monitor heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and breathing during flight. Electrodes and other sensors collected information about the body and sent them to sophisticated signal conditioners which filtered out unwanted noise, amplified weak signals, and generally improved the reliability of the information being sent to Flight Control. This board is labeled "Not for Flight Use". All signal conditioners are for impedance, meaning that this is not a functional bioharness assembly.

NASA transferred this to the National Air and Space Museum in 1979.
