This 16mm movie camera was used by NASA to document the instrument panel of a Mercury spacecraft during a test flight. Cameras of this type also filmed the pilot's activites and were eventually used on Project Gemini missions as well.
NASA transferred this camera to the Museum in 1970.
This object is not on display at the National Air and Space Museum. It is either on loan or in storage.
