The licensed manufacturers of B-29 Superfortress bombers, Bell, Douglas, Lockheed, and Martin, included their logos on the two pilot control yoke caps for the aircraft their workers produced during World War II. This Glenn L. Martin cap is exceptionally rare since these items were often removed as souvenirs during and after the war.
